HISTORY

In 2021, the first production equipment was purchased, and production was located on leased premises in the industrial zone of the Kominternovsky district of Voronezh. In February 2021, the group of companies obtained licenses for the right to manufacture and design equipment for nuclear facilities and opened a new line of work — manufacturing products for the needs of the nuclear industry. In September 2021, SATOMS, LLC joined the Self-Regulatory Organization «Builders of the Chernozemye Region» (ASRO «Builders of the Chernozemye Region»). In November of the same year, the company obtained licenses for the right to build storage facilities and their design and construction, as well as a license for the right to carry out educational activities. During the year, technologies of manual argon-arc welding with a non-fusion electrode and mechanized argon-arc welding with a fusion electrode were introduced and certified in accordance with the requirements of NAKS and Rostechnadzor (in accordance with НП-105-18 (Rules of standards and certification in the energy sector Г-7-010-89)).

In 2022, a comprehensive plan for the company’s development was developed, and work began on the restoration and reconstruction of the second production building with an area of 4.5 thousand square meters. During the reconstruction, the roofing was repaired (1,600 m2), a gas infrared heating system was installed, the technological basement of the building was dismantled and backfilled with 14,500 m3 of sandy soil.  In the same year, three robotic welding units based on CRP-RH20-06-W industrial robots manufactured by CROBOTP and 10 units of modern welding equipment were purchased and put into operation.

In January 2023, the modernized site produced its first commercial products, and during the year two five-axis milling and drilling machining centers with five-sided machining function and table dimensions of 4×2 m and 3×2 m, three HISION and TENOLY turning and milling machining centers, flux-cored welding equipment and an abrasive blast cleaning unit were put into operation. The reconstruction and equipping of the shop allowed SATOMS, LLC to expand the range of equipment and metal structures produced for subsidiaries of Rosatom State Corporation and significantly increase production volumes in one year.

In the summer of 2023, StroyAtomSphere, Limited Liability Company was accepted as a member of the Union «Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Voronezh Region» and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. By the end of 2023, the company’s headcount reached 200 people, and the size of the production area was 7 thousand square meters. Taking into account the tightening of sanctions pressure, the company began to develop joint import substitution programs with companies producing construction materials, where foreign-made lines are widely used.

In spring 2024, the introduction of a powder coating complex and end milling machine was completed. Implementation of a comprehensive program of company development and development of new types of products continues.

The Group of Companies has experience in successful deliveries of equipment for El Dabaa NPP in Egypt, Ruppur NPP in Bangladesh, Breakthrough project, one of the main innovative projects in the global nuclear power industry, implemented in Russia. The main customers of the group of companies were representatives of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom — Kursk NPP, Novovoronezh NPP, Rostov NPP, JSC NIKIMT-Atomstroy, LLC, TrestRosSEM, LLC, SMU №1, JSC Concern TITAN-2, LLC, TITAN TECHNOLOGY Pipeline, including their branches in the construction of foreign nuclear power plants.
