Procurement activities in the SATOMS Group of Companies are carried out in the following areas: materials and components, tools and accessories, equipment and spare parts, services and works.

Acquisition of goods, works and services is carried out primarily based on the results of competitive procurement procedures, which are aimed at preventing corruption in procurement. When selecting a supplier, priority is given to manufacturers.

We focus on purchasing goods, works and services of proper quality, consumer properties, technical characteristics, environmental and industrial safety at reasonable market prices.

We guarantee objective assessment of suppliers, their goods, works and services; implementation of measures aimed at supplier development; payment for delivered goods, performed works and rendered services.

The supplier shall guarantee the conformity of products to the requirements established by the contract.
