We have all the necessary production areas with state-of-the-art equipment. And our machine park is specially selected to maximize safety, automation and high productivity. We use only machines from recognized world leaders in the industry.
The main guidelines in our work are compliance with technological requirements for the operation of equipment; aesthetic appearance, impeccable quality of materials used and product safety.
We use multi-purpose twin-column fixed portal machines, which are specially designed for processing large-sized parts, housings, metal structures, stamping equipment, press molds, forging dies and other types of products with high precision and surface finish. Maximum weight of parts is 18 tons, width 2.2 meters.
Our machining centers are equipped with rotary heads, allowing us to process parts from five sides in one setup with an accuracy of up to three thousandths of a millimeter. And numerically controlled lathes made by HISION and TENOLY with driven tools allow us to process parts with an accuracy of up to six thousandths of a millimeter. Equipping the machines with driven tools reduces the total time required to produce parts.
The company’s workshops are equipped with modern certified welding equipment with digital control, which allows to implement a number of welding processes, including welding on stainless steels in all spatial positions and successfully manufacture critical equipment.
Automated and robotic welding complexes based on industrial 6-axis CROBOTP robots are widely used at the production facilities, which allows positioning parts with an accuracy of up to 8 hundredths of a millimeter.
Preparation of the equipment surface for application of decorative, protective and anticorrosive coatings is provided by sandblasting and shot blasting. Paint and varnish are applied by airless and pneumatic methods. Since 2024 a range of equipment for polymer powder coating application manufactured by AMN Engineering will be put into operation.
The high lifting capacity of the crane equipment makes the ability to produce large-sized and heavy equipment in maximum factory readiness a distinctive feature of the company.
SATOMS products undergo a complete cycle of acceptance tests before shipment to the customer. We check how the systems work and make sure that all equipment components and their operating parameters comply with the technical documentation.
